Summer 2026 Alps

Two destinations. Same method. Deep reset.

4-5 days in the mountains.
No screens. No rigid schedules. No performing.
Conscious breathing, breathing practices, movement, sauna, deep rest
and the space to feel like yourself again.

Alps

gran paradiso — italian alps

A family-run alpine farm in one of Europe’s oldest nature reserves. Stone buildings. Handmade cheese.
Generations of mountain knowledge.
— Working alpage in the Gran Paradiso massif
— Stay: camping on the farm, hotel, or chalet in Cogne
— Farm stay includes all meals prepared by the family
— Cheese-making experience included
— Limited network

The feel: Grounded. Nourishing.
Connected to place and people.

french alps — secret location

A remote alpine camp we don’t publish. Rustic farming chalet. Zero signal. Complete disconnection.
To get there: 20 minutes of 4×4 driving up a traditional stone path — the same chemin d’alpage used by farmers for generations. The journey up is already part of the reset.
— Remote camping setup (provided)
— Full autonomy in true wilderness
— Road trips through high alpine landscapes
— All meals prepared on-site
— No network — emergency beacon only

The feel: Raw. Quiet. Stripped back.

If something in this
calls to you, don't wait.

faqs

Do I need to be fit?
If you can walk 2 hours gently, you can do this. We rest often.

What if weather is bad?
We go. But we don’t put you in risky positions. If conditions require it, we adapt — we always have a contingency plan.

Will I have phone signal?

Gran Paradiso: limited. Haute-Tarentaise: none.

Can I come alone? Yes. Most do.
